An independent team
A systematic approach

ULL TEAM is a software development team from Kazakhstan. Our areas are applied artificial intelligence, automation, software systems and digital products.

We grow the company through hands-on work: we research problems, build prototypes, test solutions and accumulate our own technological groundwork. We work on our own products and consider cooperation with teams and enterprises.

Mission

More time for what matters

We create software solutions that free up time and energy so that people can live, create and work meaningfully.

A word from the director

Director, ULL TEAM

We are building ULL TEAM as a company where engineering work begins with understanding the task.

We are interested in technologies that find practical application: they help people, simplify processes and create a foundation for new products. That is why it matters to us not only to develop a program, but also to understand the conditions in which it will work and what its further development will require.

We consistently develop our own initiatives and are open to partnership. In joint work we value clear agreements, an honest conversation about possibilities and limitations, and respect for time and information.

Our guiding principle is not loud promises, but well-grounded decisions and quality of execution.

Director, ULL TEAM

Two directions of growth
One approach to work

Our own products let us explore user needs and develop solutions step by step — from the initial idea to a working service.

Partner development lets us combine technical expertise with another team's industry experience. We are open to discussing individual software components, integration tasks and joint work on a product.

We define the format of participation, the boundaries of responsibility and the expected result before implementation begins.

Clear agreements
Consistent work

  1. We understand the task

We clarify the current situation, users, constraints and the expected result. If the requirements are not yet defined, we start by discussing them.

  2. We justify the solution

We compare possible approaches and choose technologies to fit the purpose of the system. We discuss significant constraints before implementation begins.

  3. We move in stages

We define the scope of work, checkpoints and readiness criteria. We review interim results and agree on changes.

  4. We plan for what comes next

We consider support, access, documentation and further development of the system. We agree in advance on what will be handed over at the end of the agreed stage.

  5. We handle information with care

We agree on the data required, access procedures and acceptable ways of using information for each specific project.
